What is The Rooted Project?

A self-paced six-part online programme. Each week you’ll receive guided videos and a downloadable workbook to process and apply what you’re learning.

You can rewatch the videos as often as you like and the workbooks can be used again and again - an essential resource for whatever you’re facing in life.

What can you expect from The Rooted Project?

A self-paced six-part online programme: each week you will receive an email from Deborah with a new guided video and a downloadable workbook to process your experience and learnings.

Here are what our sessions will look like:

  1. Living in the Window. Introducing a key tool for understanding what’s happening within us when we are finding life hard. You’ll see how this applies to your own circumstances and learn ways of making life start to feel better.

  2. Body Meditation. You’ll be guided through a fully body relaxation and meditation. We’ll reflect on this experience and learn ways of bringing comfort and ease into our everyday lives.

  3. Left brain/ Right brain. We’ll explore some new ways of connecting to ourselves, tuning into our needs and how we might begin to shift out of stuck places.

  4. Befriending the self. This session is packed full of ways to change the dynamic you have with yourself and learn how to shift your mindset and start making life work better.

  5. Boundaries. We’ll explore where our boundaries come from, check in with how our current boundaries are serving us and look at how we might change those.

  6. Building a life that works. We’ll bring together all the strands we have been learning and look at the pieces we need to make a life that is resilient and feels good. You’ll finish with a solid plan for moving forward.
