So that might look like….. …..getting a cup of tea, a piece of paper and a pen, and sitting for 5 quiet minutes (parents: this may mean locking yourself in the shed or bathroom) and making a few lists that give me a sense of (or the illusion of) control over my world. Errands/ chores/groceries but also programmes/podcasts/books/people to reach for that would do me good.</image:caption>
